These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the GETaGAME website at getagame.com and the purchase of digital products from our store. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Delivery Terms

• PC software and game keys are delivered instantly after successful payment.
• Console games (PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo) are generally delivered instantly or within a short timeframe. In rare cases, delivery may extend to a few hours or, in extremely rare situations, up to several days.
• All products are digital and delivered via your customer account on getagame.com. We do not ship physical goods.

Warranty

• We provide a 6-month warranty on PSN, Nintendo, and Xbox games. If you experience any issue within 180 days and the game was set up correctly, we will supply a free replacement.
• All PC software and activation keys come with a lifetime warranty. If you ever experience an issue, we will replace it free of charge.

Refunds & Returns

Due to the digital nature of our products, all purchases are generally final once a key has been delivered. However:

• If we are unable to deliver the product in a timely manner, we may offer a full refund or a replacement of equal or higher value.
• Our management retains discretion to approve refunds or replacements on a case-by-case basis.
• To raise a request, contact [email protected] within 14 days of purchase.

PSN-Specific Terms

• PSN game codes must be activated within 24 hours of delivery. Please ensure your console is available when you receive your key.
• Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• Some additional DLC content (cosmetics, microtransactions) may not work correctly depending on your account region. Story packs and map packs generally work fine.

Acceptable Use

• You may not resell or commercially exploit digital keys without prior written consent.
• You may not use bots, scrapers, or automated tools on our website.
• You may not submit fraudulent orders or initiate unjustified chargebacks.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the property of GETaGAME or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright law. Game titles and trademarks belong to their respective publishers and developers.

Limitation of Liability

GETaGAME is not responsible for technical issues arising from the use of purchased keys on third-party platforms. For game-specific technical problems, contact the publisher or platform support. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your agreement to the updated terms.
