Digital Products — General Policy

As we sell digital game keys and codes that are delivered instantly, all sales are generally final once a key has been revealed or delivered. However, we are committed to resolving any legitimate issues promptly.

When You Are Eligible for a Refund or Replacement

  • Invalid or non-working key: If your key does not work and we are unable to provide a valid replacement, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • Wrong product delivered: If you received a key for a different product than what you ordered, we will provide the correct key or a full refund.
  • Duplicate key: If the key you received was already used, we will replace it or issue a refund.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or replacement, please contact our support team within 30 days of purchase:

Please include your order number and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 24 hours.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Keys that have been successfully activated
  • Change of mind after a key has been revealed
  • Regional incompatibility (please check regional requirements before purchasing)

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days and returned to the original payment method.
